2.1. Bespoke & Handcrafted Tolerances: R3 Inc. curates handcrafted products (including terracotta and clay articles), natural textiles, organic consumables, and customized merchandise. The Buyer acknowledges that subtle variations in texture, color balance, grain, weight, and dimensions are intrinsic to custom manufacturing and natural raw materials. Such variations do not constitute a defect or failure of specification.

2.2. Digital Rendering vs. Physical Product: Product photographs, digital proofs, and 3D mock-ups are illustrative representations. Minor deviations between RGB screen depictions and physical CMYK/Pantone substrate impressions shall not create any liability or breach of warranty.

3. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS AND CLIENT RECOGNITION (FAIR USE)
